Raise Networks provides end-to-end technology services covering the entire IT and Dev stack. Our engineering teams design, operate, and secure modern infrastructure environments that enable organizations to innovate and scale with confidence.
Straight answers about how Raise Networks works, what we cover and how an engagement starts.
We run the whole technology stack for you: managed IT and helpdesk, cloud on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, network architecture, cybersecurity and compliance, DevOps and automation, Atlassian and Jira service management, and fractional CIO leadership. One accountable team owns all of it, rather than you coordinating six vendors who each point at the other.
A traditional MSP resolves tickets. We own outcomes across the stack, which includes the engineering work most MSPs hand off: cloud architecture, Zero Trust rollouts, infrastructure as code, ITSM design and AI-driven automation. The helpdesk is one part of the service rather than the whole of it.
Yes. Most engagements start with the environment exactly as it is. We hold partnerships with Zscaler, CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender XDR, and we work across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Linux, Windows and the Atlassian suite. We will tell you honestly when something in your stack is holding you back, but we do not require a rip and replace to begin.
Support starts in week one, not after the project finishes.
Most SMB environments are fully onboarded inside 30 days. Larger or more fragmented estates take longer, and we tell you that before you sign rather than after.
Raise Networks runs a follow-the-sun model. The US team in San Jose covers architecture, security operations, compliance and client leadership. The India teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad cover engineering and round-the-clock operations.
Bars show each team’s working day on a Pacific clock. When San Jose signs off, India is already mid-morning.
The practical effect is that work continues overnight and you get 24/7 coverage without paying for a US-only night shift.
Yes. We treat audit readiness as engineering work rather than paperwork: identity and access controls, endpoint and network security, logging and monitoring, change management and documented process. We work alongside your auditor rather than replacing them.
Mostly SMB and mid-market companies that need enterprise-grade IT without building a large internal team. We also support enterprise clients who bring us in for specific infrastructure, cloud, security or DevOps work alongside their existing IT organisation.
Engagements are usually one of three shapes: a monthly managed service, a fixed-scope project, or a dedicated resource blended across US and offshore delivery. Rates depend on whether the work is delivered onshore or offshore and on the seniority required. We will share the current rate card on request.
With a free IT assessment. We review your current environment, tell you what we would change and in what order, and give you a written plan with scope, timeline and cost. There is no obligation to proceed.
Discuss your needs, so that together we can solve the problems.
No slide deck and no sales script. A working session with the engineers who would actually run your environment.
